Via de openslaande deuren in de woonkamer betreedt u het terras met schitterend uitzicht op de zee, duinen en het strand. De slaapkamer beschikt over een comfortabel tweepersoonsbed. Tot slot is er een luxe badkamer met whirlpool.

Deze ruime villa ligt direct aan de dijk en is een ideale bestemming voor grote groepen. Het biedt slaapplaatsen voor vijftien volwassenen en één klein kind. Niet alleen de algehele ruimte maakt deze villa zeer comfortabel, ook de luxe inrichting en de aparte berging met wasmachine, droger en extra koelkast geven net dat beetje extra. De villa is geschakeld aan "De Boerderij" (indoor speelhal voor kinderen) en ligt bij een sportveld. Dit is zeer aangenaam voor groepen met jonge kinderen. Je beschikt over een volledig omheinde tuin met tuinmeubilair en kunt vanaf daar de schapen over de dijk zien lopen. Genieten geblazen!

Auch die in der Nähe liegenden Städte Alkmaar und Schagen sind auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Die Aufteilung Ihres Ferienhauses Het Van Herwijnenhuis ist ein geräumiges, über mehrere Ebenen verteiltes Haus. Vom Eingangsbereich kommend gehen Sie direkt ein paar Stufen nach oben, wo sich der große Wohnbereich mit offenem Kamin befindet. Der Name dieses Ferienhauses kommt übrigens von den schönen Bildern, die überall im Haus hängen. Vom Wohnbereich geht es wieder ein paar Stufen nach oben zur gemütlichen Wohnküche. Und noch eine Etage höher liegen die zwei Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer mit Duschecke. Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist im Souterrain. Da der Zugang zu diesem Zimmer etwas niedrig ist, raten wir dazu, dieses Zimmer für zwei Kinder zu nutzen. Außerdem gibt es hier noch ein paar Fitnessgeräte, die Sie gebrauchen können. Riant groepshuis in een sfeervolle boerderijwoning op slechts 900 meter afstand van de Noordzee. In het gezellige dorp Callantsoog staat deze riante boerderijwoning, waar je kunt verblijven met 10 personen . Het groepshuis is gezellig ingericht met authentieke houten balken, een karakteristieke bedstee en een landelijke open keuken. De woning is met een bibliotheek, open haard en paardenstalling erg sfeervol. Ook is het verblijf zeer geschikt voor kinderen. Met een DVD-speler, tafelvoetbal, vele spelletjes en in de grote privétuin met een boomgaarden van 3500 m² zullen ze zich gedurende de hele vakantie uitstekend vermaken! De boerderij maakt samen met het zomerhuis (NL-1759-05) deel uit van 'De Wolken', een gebied van circa 2,5 hectare groot. 'De Wolken' ligt in het midden van de beschermde natuurgebieden het Kooibos, Luttikduin, Eerste Nollen en de Uitlandse polder. Welcoming homestead, peacefully located outside the village. The centre and the beach can be reached within a ten minute walk. This homestead consists of three different apartments, two of them interconnected, which turns it into great group accommodation. In total there are three living rooms, one living room is slightly larger and with a different arrangement from the others. This turns it into a very playful whole. Wooden beams, warm colours and tasteful furnishings turn this homestead into an attractive space to spend a holiday with family or friends. There are also three comfortable kitchens at your disposal. You will find two bedrooms on the first floor; the other five bedrooms are on the ground floor. The four bathrooms each have a shower and a toilet. Finally there are three terraces with plenty of garden furniture as well as a lawn for the kids. Due to the division of the bedrooms, we consider this accommodation to be suitable for up to 14 adults
Pondarosa
The best of both worlds: the detached Pondarosa holiday villa offers exceptionally beautiful views out over the vast Breezand polder landscape and within a few minutes you can travel to the other side of the Noord-Hollands canal on the small ferry. Here you are within ten car-minutes of the broad sandy beach of Julianadorp aan zee. This welcoming group accommodation for twelve people has two bathroom on the ground floor and three wash basins on the second floor. The large dining table which seats twelve is an eye catcher in the cosily furnished Pondarosa living room. In the comfy seating area you will find a large leather corner sofa. At the large round table in the kitchen-diner you can enjoy a lovely breakfast in the morning sunshine. Next to the Pondarosa holiday home kitchen is the utility room and a spacious bathroom. On the ground floor you will find one bedroom with two single beds. The other five spacious bedrooms are on the second floor, along with the second toilet. The beautifully laid out Pondarosa garden, which can be locked, has various cosy seating areas and there is enough space for a good game of football. Via a small gate you gain access to the front garden which is located by a small stream. Next to the house you will find the bulb-growing company of the owners of Pondarosa. They like to offer their guests an excursion and to explain about the bulb-growing world. Those who opt for Pondarosa in springtime can look forward to fresh flowers on the table as well as in the nearby fields. The nearby Anna Paulowna has an extensive range of shops and various good restaurants. Pondarosa is also a great base for the nearby country estate of Hoenderdaell, which is a lot more than just a zoo housing exotic creatures. Other day trips: the nature reserve on the edge of Kleine Sluis, the Westfriese market in Schagen and the famous cheese market in Alkmaar. Those who want to windsurf can go to the nearby Lutjestrand beach, and via the Afsluitdijk, within a fifteen minutes drive, you can be in Friesland in no time.

Leven als een echte Bergenaar, op loopafstand van het gezellige centrum met terrasjes en restaurants. Een secret hideaway in lommerrijk Bergen. Een plek waar je binnen komt, je schoenen uittrekt en je thuis voelt. Dat kan op dit super fijne bijzondere plekje. Zonnig Bergen is geen vakantiehuis maar een thuis! De ruime lichte woonkamer heeft een prachtige lichtinval. Dat valt direct op bij binnenkomst. De banken en loveseat staan rond de open haard en er liggen boeken en mooie tijdschriften. Een grote doorleefde houten eettafel in de woonkeuken nodigt uit voor lange gesprekken en uitgebreid koken samen. Aan de keuken en woonkamer grenst een aparte speel-/slaapkamer. Zo kunnen de kinderen lekker spelen terwijl je rustig een boek leest maar hier kun je je ook even terugtrekken met een filmpje of om wat te werken. Het is een gevoel dat je omarmt zodra je binnenkomt en dat nog even doorsuddert als je al lang en breed weer thuis bent. Dan denk je terug aan de eerste stralen ochtendzon, de verse koffie op je eigen bankje in je eigen binnentuin. De grootste verrassing van Zonnig Bergen, je eigen binnentuin, windvrij en zongericht. Het geeft het huis stadse allure in een dorp waar je zeker weer naar terug wilt.
Boerderij Anno Nu - Wiringherlant
Ons Boerenhuis is a farm-turned-holiday-home for 10 guests. It is located at a dyke in Hippolytushoef, the Netherlands, near the Waddenzee. You are welcome to use the facilities of the nearby park. On site, you have a game room with table tennis and a tv, and you can sit back and relax in the garden. The group accommodation has zeven private parking spots, of which two are in the garage. The park has several facilities, like a restaurant, terrace, bar, snack corner and pancake house. On the terrace the park serves wines from its own vineyard. For children, there is a playground with sand pit, swings, monkey bars, a trampoline and a slide. The Kuurhuys is available for wellness and beauty treatments (payment required).
Zuiderzeehuys
In the middle of the welcoming town centre of Enkhuizen lies the Zuiderzeehuys; a historic building from 1777. This special holiday home sleeps ten people. Zuiderzeehuys has been entirely renovated with all modern comforts, but the atmosphere of the old days has remained intact. From the first and the second floor you are treated to a view across the IJsselmeer lake. On the ground floor of the Zuiderzeehuys you will find the living room with a gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen diner and a bathroom. At the rear of the house there is a small town-garden. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, an old-fashioned boxbed sleeping two in the passage, a bathroom with a whirlpool bath and a sauna. On the second floor there is a fourth bedroom with a small covered balcony from where you can enjoy the view across Enkhuizen. There is plenty to do in the area surrounding Enkhuizen; for example, you can pay a visit to the Zuiderzeemuseum (with history about the region), the Sprookjeswonderland (fairytale wonderland), or the Enkhuizer Zand recreational area at the IJsselmeer lake.
