You can sail onto the Friesian lakes and the Ijsselmeer right from your very own landing stage. So an ideal spot for sailing and water sports enthusiasts! If you are more of a beach lover, then you will certainly be able to enjoy yourself at the Ijsselmeer beach (approximately 1 km away). There is plenty of space for flying kites on the dike and cyclists can make some wonderful trips through the Gaasterland forests. De Lemmer 13 has been comfortably furnished for 4 people. The living room and open kitchen offer beautiful views across the water. The home is equipped with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, all situated on ground floor. The marina park is located in the heart of the dynamic recreational area, which covers no less than three natural and culture rich provinces: Friesland, Flevoland and Overijssel. The water along which the holiday homes are located are openly connected to all these fantastic water sports areas. Don't you have your own boat? Then you can simply hire a sloop, tour or fishing boat via the park, which can be moored up at your holiday home. The park also boasts its own restaurant called De Eerste Aanleg, which is once again situated directly at the water's edge. This isn't just a great place for a delicious meal or refreshing drink in the pub, it's also the perfect solution for any forgotten shopping. We can offer several houses within this park. De riante, comfortabel en luxe ingerichte villa's staan verspreid over Buitenplaats De Hildenberg. Je hebt de keuze uit zeven verschillende types. Gelegen aan de elfstedentochtroute, in het rustige dorp Arum, ligt de stolpboerderij van de Familie Boogaard. In de boerderij zijn 4 ruime appartementen, een groepsruimte en een overdekte gemeenschappelijke speelruimte (160m2) voor sport en spel. Dartbord, tafeltennis, basket, tafelvoetbal, sjoelbak en poppenkast aanwezig. De appartementen zijn volledig ingericht en hebben een eigen ingang en een terras. De achterdeur van elk appartement komt uit op de gemeenschappelijke speelruimte. Groepen kunnen de hele accommodatie huren en gebruik maken van de gezellige groepsruimte met daarin een ruime zithoek, een eethoek en een volledig ingerichte open keuken.
