You will also have plenty of opportunities for exploring the beautiful area surrounding the North Holland dune reserve with the extensive network of walking and cycling routes. Groet boasts several cosy restaurants, where you can enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner after a long walk or bike ride. The living room has been attractively furnished with a spacious lounge area and a cosy open fire. The large dining table offers excellent views of the garden and the North Holland polder landscape. The cosy kitchen with adjoining utility room is equipped with all modern conveniences. You will find two double bedrooms, two single bedrooms and the bathroom with a bath on the first floor. One extra double bed is situated in a room (with windows), which van be reached by some steep stairs and a shutter in the scullery (perfect for extra children). The garden is large enough for a game of football, but also offers those looking for peace and tranquillity plenty of options. The extensive offering of garden furniture means you can create various different seating areas, ensuring you can enjoy the sunshine throughout the day!

De badkamer is voorzien van een heerlijke whirlpool, douchehoek en twee wastafels. Sportievelingen komen ook absoluut aan hun trekken in deze villa! Op de tweede verdieping is een tafeltennistafel aanwezig, waar tevens ook de toegang is naar het dakterras. Verder is er ook nog een fitnessapparaat en een box zak! Gooi een hengeltje uit in het meertje achter het huis of vaar een rondje in je eigen roeibootje! Voor diegene die liever een dagje strand pakken, zijn er ook genoeg mogelijkheden. Deze authentieke Grootschermer hooihuisboerderij biedt een prinsheerlijk vrij uitzicht op de Eilandspolder. Kaasstad Alkmaar ligt op slechts tien minuten van het vakantiehuis. De grote tuin beschikt over maar liefst drie terrassen en grenst aan het water, waar een bootje voor u klaarligt. Met de auto bent u in een half uurtje op het strand en de directe omgeving is ideaal om te fietsen. Er is een kleine supermarkt op 500 meter afstand. De binnenkant heeft een warme woonsfeer in stijlvol wooncomfort. Op de begane grond is een mooie living met zithoek en eethoek. Vanuit de ruime living kunt u bij de sfeerhaard genieten van het vrije uitzicht over het polderlandschap. Ook is er een aparte woonkeuken, die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Op de eerste en tweede etage bevinden zich de slaapkamers. De royale badkamer is op de begane grond gelegen. In de tuin staat een zomerhuis. Op de eerste etage -bereikbaar via een steile, smalle wenteltrap- vindt u een slaapkamer voorzien van twee eenpersoonsbedden evenals een badkamer met douche en toilet.

In one of the oldest parts of the characteristic centre of Alkmaar you will find a holiday home with a story... This special building originates from 1550 and stands as a symbol for victory. With the Waagplein square (where on every Friday from April - September there is a cheese market) just around the corner and plenty of nice shops, restaurants and pavement cafes within arm's length, this is a wonderful spot. Enter the large kitchen diner on the ground floor. A modern kitchen in an authentic space: indeed a special combination! Now the choice is yours: go to the first floor via the original wooden, somewhat wobbly, staircase or opt for the new modern staircase! On the first floor of Cosy Alkmaar there is a bedroom with a double bed and a television as well as a space with a wash basin, plus two separate toilets. There is also a shower on this floor. On the second floor you will find the welcoming living room with a seating area, a television, a dining table seating six and a washbasin. One of the sofas can be used as a sofa bed. Via a characteristic wooden staircase you can reach the romantic bedroom on the top floor. This space also comes with a washbasin. The holiday home is situated lively, you are surrounded by nice restaurants, enjoy the nightlife! 'Atmosphere, atmosphere and more atmosphere: wooden beams, cute small windows, cosy nooks and crannies and plenty of original elements. All of this is combined with modern design, such as glass partitions.
