Dit voormalige notarishuis ligt in het pittoreske dorpje West-Graftdijk. U vindt hier fiets-, wandel en vaarroutes in overvloed. Met de fiets bent u vanuit De Notaris in tien minuten bij het Alkmaardermeer, waar verschillende strandjes zijn en tal van watersporten beoefend kunnen worden. Winkels en gezellige restaurantjes vindt u in de Rijp, op vier kilometer van het vakantiehuis. Vakantiehuis De Notaris heeft een heerlijke tuin waar u kunt ontspannen op het terras of in de hottub. Kinderen kunnen naar hartelust spelen in de Pipowagen of op de trampoline. De kippen voorzien u dagelijks van een vers eitje. Achter de tuin van De Notaris bevindt zich het Noordhollands kanaal waar in de zomer kan worden gezwommen. Uw vakantiehuis is hip en sfeervol ingericht. De Notaris heeft een ruime woonkamer en de moderne keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Op de eerste etage van het vakantiehuis bevinden zich de slaapkamers en de badkamer. Er is tot slot nog een slaapkamer met een eenpersoonsbed op de tweede etage. Deze is toegankelijk via een steile trap. Paradijs aan 't Water
Authentic Farmhouse in Grootschermer with a beautiful view on the 'Eilandspolder'. A lovely big garden with multiple terraces long side the water (2 small boats for you and the kids available). The interior is cosy and comfortable. On the ground floor is the living with sitting and dinning area. The separate kitchen is also situated on the ground floor. The bedrooms are on the first and second floor. The bathroom is on the ground floor. You find a summer house in the garden.Through some steep, small winding stairs you reach the first floor, where you find one two bedded room as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. You can reach the beach by car within 30 minutes. The perfect environment for bike riding! There's a small supermarket only 500 meters away.
Cosy Alkmaar
In one of the oldest parts of the characteristic centre of Alkmaar you will find a holiday home with a story... This special building originates from 1550 and stands as a symbol for victory. With the Waagplein square (where on every Friday from April - September there is a cheese market) just around the corner and plenty of nice shops, restaurants and pavement cafes within arm's length, this is a wonderful spot. Enter the large kitchen diner on the ground floor. A modern kitchen in an authentic space: indeed a special combination! Now the choice is yours: go to the first floor via the original wooden, somewhat wobbly, staircase or opt for the new modern staircase! On the first floor of Cosy Alkmaar there is a bedroom with a double bed and a television as well as a space with a wash basin, plus two separate toilets. There is also a shower on this floor. On the second floor you will find the welcoming living room with a seating area, a television, a dining table seating six and a washbasin. One of the sofas can be used as a sofa bed. Via a characteristic wooden staircase you can reach the romantic bedroom on the top floor. This space also comes with a washbasin. The holiday home is situated lively, you are surrounded by nice restaurants, enjoy the nightlife! 'Atmosphere, atmosphere and more atmosphere: wooden beams, cute small windows, cosy nooks and crannies and plenty of original elements. All of this is combined with modern design, such as glass partitions. If you like this and if you don't mind having to lower your head every now and then, to watch out whilst walking up stairs and you find tilting floors ' charming', then I am sure you will enjoy yourself here. Auf dem Uitgeestermeer gibt es verschiedene Wassersportangebote, wie Fahrten mit Booten aller Art und Surfen. Können Sie - noch - nicht segeln? Machen Sie sich keine Gedanken! Sie können hier Segel- und Surfunterricht bekommen! Es ist auch möglich, Ihr eigenes Boot mitzubringen und im Jachthafen anzulegen. Ruder- und Segelboote, sowie Kanus, können im Park gemietet werden. Für einen herrlichen Tag am Strand, von Ihrer Ferienwohnung aus, können Sie wählen zwischen Castricum, Heemskerk oder Egmond. Alle Ziele sind mit dem Rad erreichbar; Sie können ganz einfach eins mieten! Natürlich sind auch Städte, wie Amsterdam, Enkhuizen, Volendam und Haarlem, sicherlich einen Besuch wert. Somit ist die Ferienwohnung ein toller Tipp für Natur- und Wassersportfreunde.
