Polderhuis
Het Polderhuis ligt midden in de polder, op een half uur fietsen van het strand van Callantsoog en twintig minuten fietsen van de stad Schagen. Dit is een luxe vakantiewoning achter een monumentale stolpboerderij. Het Polderhuis is onlangs geheel gerenoveerd. Met de inrichting van het vakantiehuis is een mooie combinatie van authentiek en modern gecreëerd; van de rustieke oude balken tot de eigentijdse keuken en badkamer. In de woonkamer vindt u de zithoek met flatscreentelevisie en dvd-speler en de open keuken die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Op de begane grond van het Polderhuis bevindt zich ook de hippe badkamer met een aparte douchehoek en een opvallend rode badkuip. Op de eerste etage zijn de twee ruime slaapkamers gelegen met comfortabele boxspringbedden. Ook hier komen de grote houten balken weer terug in het plafond. Het Polderhuis ligt op een ruim erf, achter de boerderij van de eigenaren. Kinderen kunnen naar hartelust spelen op de klimtoestellen en de schommel. Bij mooi weer kunt u een verfrissende duik nemen in het zwembad welke u deelt met de eigenaren. Een vakantie in het Polderhuis is een heerlijke ervaring voor iedereen.

Luxus Appartement mit fantastischer Lage: direkt am Strand und mit panoramischer Aussicht aufs Meer. Der Tag fängt an mit einer Tasse Kaffee auf Ihrem Balkon oder auf der Terrasse von einer der vielen Strandpavilions. Die meisten dieser Pavilions haben eine gute Speisekarte und abends kann man dannwählen: entweder Spanische Tapas oder Sushi usw. Die Umgebung ist super geeignet zum Fahrrad fahren. Der bekannte Badeort Zandvoort ebenso wie der schöne Ort Bloemendaal sind prima mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Ihr Appartement befindet ich im 1. und 2. Stock. Das Ganze ist schön hell. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine Sitzecke (mit Schlafcouch), eine Essecke und eine komfortabele Küche. Das Wohnzimmer grenzt am Balkon, wo auch ein Tisch und Stühle stehen. Das Schlafzimmer ist im zweiten Stock untergebracht, zu erreichen über eine Holztreppe im Wohnzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer hat niedrige Fenster damit man sogar im Bett eine tolle Aussicht auf Strand und Meer genießen kann. Das Badezimmer grenzt am Schlafzimmer und ist ausgestattet mit Dusche, Whirlpool und Sauna.

Authentic Farmhouse in Grootschermer with a beautiful view on the 'Eilandspolder'. A lovely big garden with multiple terraces long side the water (2 small boats for you and the kids available). The interior is cosy and comfortable. On the ground floor is the living with sitting and dinning area. The separate kitchen is also situated on the ground floor. The bedrooms are on the first and second floor. The bathroom is on the ground floor. You find a summer house in the garden.Through some steep, small winding stairs you reach the first floor, where you find one two bedded room as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. You can reach the beach by car within 30 minutes. The perfect environment for bike riding! There's a small supermarket only 500 meters away.
Cosy Alkmaar
In one of the oldest parts of the characteristic centre of Alkmaar you will find a holiday home with a story... This special building originates from 1550 and stands as a symbol for victory. With the Waagplein square (where on every Friday from April - September there is a cheese market) just around the corner and plenty of nice shops, restaurants and pavement cafes within arm's length, this is a wonderful spot. Enter the large kitchen diner on the ground floor. A modern kitchen in an authentic space: indeed a special combination! Now the choice is yours: go to the first floor via the original wooden, somewhat wobbly, staircase or opt for the new modern staircase! On the first floor of Cosy Alkmaar there is a bedroom with a double bed and a television as well as a space with a wash basin, plus two separate toilets. There is also a shower on this floor. On the second floor you will find the welcoming living room with a seating area, a television, a dining table seating six and a washbasin. One of the sofas can be used as a sofa bed. Via a characteristic wooden staircase you can reach the romantic bedroom on the top floor. This space also comes with a washbasin. The holiday home is situated lively, you are surrounded by nice restaurants, enjoy the nightlife! 'Atmosphere, atmosphere and more atmosphere: wooden beams, cute small windows, cosy nooks and crannies and plenty of original elements. All of this is combined with modern design, such as glass partitions. If you like this and if you don't mind having to lower your head every now and then, to watch out whilst walking up stairs and you find tilting floors ' charming', then I am sure you will enjoy yourself here.
