't Roosje
't Roosje is a welcoming, comfortable semi-detached holiday home, situated in a characteristic residential area in Heemstede. You can get on a bike and explore the beautiful surrounding area, such as the beach of Zandvoort (25 minutes), the old centre of Haarlem (10 minutes) or get the train to visit Amsterdam! The 't Roosje holiday home has a lovely living room with original details, such as the sliding doors and stained glass windows. The front part consists of a seating area and the middle part is the kitchen with a welcoming, long dining table. Via the French doors in the rear part you gain access to the garden, which is on a lower level and a wonderful place to play for the kids. There is also a nice terrace with garden furniture for you! The bedrooms are on the first floor: a master bedroom with a double bed and a children's bedroom sleeping two. The bathroom, with a bathtub and shower, is also on this floor. You will find shops within walking distance (8 minutes). For children the Linnaeushof in Bennebroek (5 minutes by car) is a real must: this is the largest playground in Europe! Finally, if you don´t fancy cooking there are nice restaurants to be found within walking distance of ´t Roosje (including Italian and Australian) and some delicious take-away options (Asian, pizzeria etc.).

Cosy Alkmaar
In one of the oldest parts of the characteristic centre of Alkmaar you will find a holiday home with a story... This special building originates from 1550 and stands as a symbol for victory. With the Waagplein square (where on every Friday from April - September there is a cheese market) just around the corner and plenty of nice shops, restaurants and pavement cafes within arm's length, this is a wonderful spot. Enter the large kitchen diner on the ground floor. A modern kitchen in an authentic space: indeed a special combination! Now the choice is yours: go to the first floor via the original wooden, somewhat wobbly, staircase or opt for the new modern staircase! On the first floor of Cosy Alkmaar there is a bedroom with a double bed and a television as well as a space with a wash basin, plus two separate toilets. There is also a shower on this floor. On the second floor you will find the welcoming living room with a seating area, a television, a dining table seating six and a washbasin. One of the sofas can be used as a sofa bed. Via a characteristic wooden staircase you can reach the romantic bedroom on the top floor. This space also comes with a washbasin. The holiday home is situated lively, you are surrounded by nice restaurants, enjoy the nightlife! 'Atmosphere, atmosphere and more atmosphere: wooden beams, cute small windows, cosy nooks and crannies and plenty of original elements. All of this is combined with modern design, such as glass partitions. If you like this and if you don't mind having to lower your head every now and then, to watch out whilst walking up stairs and you find tilting floors ' charming', then I am sure you will enjoy yourself here. Auf dem Uitgeestermeer gibt es verschiedene Wassersportangebote, wie Fahrten mit Booten aller Art und Surfen. Können Sie - noch - nicht segeln? Machen Sie sich keine Gedanken! Sie können hier Segel- und Surfunterricht bekommen! Es ist auch möglich, Ihr eigenes Boot mitzubringen und im Jachthafen anzulegen. Ruder- und Segelboote, sowie Kanus, können im Park gemietet werden. Für einen herrlichen Tag am Strand, von Ihrer Ferienwohnung aus, können Sie wählen zwischen Castricum, Heemskerk oder Egmond. Alle Ziele sind mit dem Rad erreichbar; Sie können ganz einfach eins mieten! Natürlich sind auch Städte, wie Amsterdam, Enkhuizen, Volendam und Haarlem, sicherlich einen Besuch wert. Somit ist die Ferienwohnung ein toller Tipp für Natur- und Wassersportfreunde. Authentic Farmhouse in Grootschermer with a beautiful view on the 'Eilandspolder'. A lovely big garden with multiple terraces long side the water (2 small boats for you and the kids available). The interior is cosy and comfortable. On the ground floor is the living with sitting and dinning area. The separate kitchen is also situated on the ground floor. The bedrooms are on the first and second floor. The bathroom is on the ground floor. You find a summer house in the garden.Through some steep, small winding stairs you reach the first floor, where you find one two bedded room as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. You can reach the beach by car within 30 minutes. The perfect environment for bike riding! There's a small supermarket only 500 meters away.
