This lovely, detached holiday home is suitable for four people and ideal for nature lovers. Boshuis has a wonderful garden with a nice private terrace and is situated between the welcoming villages of Bergen and Schoorl. On crossing the road, you walk straight into the beautiful woodland and dune area. It will take you only a ten minute walk to reach the lively centre of Schoorl. The holiday home is situated in the grounds of the owner's property. You have your own entrance and a fenced off terrace. Your privacy will not be disturbed. The Boshuis was recently renovated and the owner has incorporated high quality materials. This holiday home is very suitable for wheelchair users. On the ground floor you will find the small, cosy living room. One ensuite bedroom is also situated on the ground floor. There is a comfortable, small kitchen/diner. On the first floor you will find another two bedrooms and a second bathroom. In the near vicinity there is, among other things, a climbing dune for the children and a visitor's centre offering great orienteering expeditions in the dune area.

Britt

Here is a very comfortable family home located on the outskirts of Bergen. It is suitable for children because there are many toys and there is a trampoline in the garden. You can get to the beach within twenty minutes by bike and the village is only ten minutes away. Interior: The living room is spacious and colourful and has a very comfortable sitting area as well as a fully fitted open kitchen. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. The single bedroom has got a raised bed. On the second floor you will find another bedroom.

Buiten Schoorl

The Buiten Schoorl holiday home is beautifully located by the Noord-Hollands canal. From the living room you have a view out to the boats right in front of your door. The holiday home is surrounded by plenty of peace and quiet and natural beauty. By bicycle it will only take you 20 minutes to reach the beach of Schoorl. Via the hallway of the Buiten Schoorl holiday home you gain access to the spacious kitchen which is equipped with all modern conveniences: a wonderful place to have breakfast with the entire family. The living room of Buiten Schoorl has an enchanting feel thanks to the light coming in and has a lovely seating area with a woodstove. There is plenty of space for the children to play in the garden and it is a nice place to enjoy the sunshine. On the first floor of the Buiten Schoorl holiday home are the three bedrooms, each one of them sleeping two. The modern bathroom with a bathtub and a shower cabin is also on this floor.

Buizerd

This holiday house is situated at a calm road two kilometres from Burgh-Haamstede and also two kilometres away from Renesse, adjoining the spacious nature reserve de Vroongronden, where you can bike and walk nicely. In a quarter of an hour by bike you are at the beach of Renesse. The cities Zierikzee and Middelburg can be reached by car in about twenty and thirty minutes. The big woodland "de Boswachterij Westenschouwen" is five kilometers away. The holiday house was built in a part of an old farmer's barn and is situated on the land of the owner. It adjoins an orchard and behind this is a mini camping site. Around the house you'll have much privacy and much space for the children to play. In front of the house is a nice place in the sun to have breakfast or you can rest in the shadow under the fruit-trees. You enter the house through a old stable door, into the hall leading to the living room with a lounge, dining corner and kitchen (rebuild 2010). On the ground floor is also the bathroom with tub, shower and wash-basin, simple but in fresh white. Via the steps in the hall you can reach the first floor, there are two bedrooms. The house is furnished simply but practically and the most important ingredient for splendid holidays is the ideal area; quiet with much space for living and close to nature.

The Casa Colore holiday home is situated in a child-friendly neighbourhood, within walking distance of the welcoming centre of Noord-Scharwoude. It will only take you 40 minutes by bicycle or 15 minutes by car to get to the beach of Schoorl. The family home comes with all modern comforts and is furnished in a very welcoming and colourful way.The rear garden is a wonderful spot to lounge in and for children to play. Casa Colore has a living room with a spacious seating area and a large dining table.The nice kitchen diner is equipped with all modern conveniences.The first floor has three single bedrooms and a basic bathroom with shower.The master bedroom is on the second floor. The surrounding area of Noord-Scharwoude is great to explore by bicycle. For example, the nearby 't Geestmerambacht nature reserve is a wonderful place to take a walk and to go sailing. The various beaches invite you to soak up the sun and go for a swim.

Holiday home Casa Moche is situated in a quiet residential area of The Hague, between beaches and dunes and the lively centre of the city. This house is furnished for four persons in a modern style and it offers you the space and character from its building year: last century's thirties. Holiday home Casa Moche is most suitable for families. On the ground floor of house Casa Moche is a bright livingroom with a cosy sitting area. All modern sound and vision gear is available and you (or your kids) can even use the Wii game computer. In the modern open kitchen you dispose of all necessary apliances. The dining table seats six. All three bedrooms are in the first floor of holiday home Casa Moche. The master bedroom has a balcony and a double bed. The next bedroom has a highsleeper and the last bedroom has a junior size half-highsleeper. The modern bathroom is fit with a bath and a walk-in shower. The nicely laid out sunny and sheltered garden has several places to enjoy the sun or a meal from the barbecue. Wireless internet is available. Holiday home Casa Moche is situated very centrally. There are shops in the surrounding area and the beaches and dunes, beach resorts Scheveningen and Kijkduin as well as the many-sided city center of The Hague are very easy to reach, also by public transportation.

Casa Royal

This linked house is along the main country road leading to the village of Groet. There are some lovely restaurants and cafes within easy reach and you can walk through the dunes to the beach in half an hour. The private garden is perfect to sit in. The house has been nicely furnished. On the ground floor there is an attractive living room with a sitting area and an open fireplace, and a fully fitted dining kitchen. On the first floor there is a lovely open area comprising a bedroom and annexed, open bathroom. You can watch TV from the double bed while enjoying an open fire. There is also a Jacuzzi for two, a shower and a toilet and bidet. On the bedroom side there is a small bedroom with bunk beds. Considering the layout of this house we think it is suitable for maximum two adults and two children.

Holiday house Casa St. Maarten is located in Noord-Holland in the village Sint Maarten. The cozy town Schagen is situated in very close vicinity. The beaches of Callantsoog are accessible by bike, within only 20 minutes. This house is suitable for 4 persons; it offers two bedrooms on the first floor. In addition you can make use of a sofa bed in the living room, which can accommodate 2 people as well. Enjoy your cooking and dining activities in the cozy kitchen. From the kitchen you can walk to the spacious garden where you can enjoy the sun at one of the different spots. This cosy holiday cottage is within walking distance of the pleasant centre of Bergen, and the famous Bergen woods nearby. The cottage is behind the owner's house. Do you have an eye for detail? Then you will really like the interior with its wooden beams, ornaments and the beautiful colours which make the house feel warm and pleasant. Interior: On the ground floor there is a dining area and the kitchen, then you go through a beautiful archway to the sitting area with folding patio doors out onto the terrace at the back. The staircase in the living room leads to the good-sized bedroom upstairs. The bathroom is on the ground floor. The house is suitable for two people, possibly with a baby.

Chez Saar

Holiday house Chez Saar is a characteristic fisherman's house on a small courtyard, right in the old heart of Scheveningen. The sea and the beach are on walking distance, as are the lively seafront and shopping centre. But in this house you will enjoy most of all the peace and quiet. Holiday home Chez Saar is completely refurnished and modernised and you will discover the fresh and cosy atmosphere as soon as you enter the living room. Here is a comfortable sitting area with a large flatscreen tv. The dining table seats four and the open kitchen is fit with all modern appliances. The master bedroom on the first floor has a double bed, a walk-in closet and a sunny balcony. Adjoining is the bathroom with a bath. If you want you can put up the babybed in the small second bedroom. Behind the house is an alley but you can sit outside in front of the house Chez Saar. There it's sunny and you have a terrace where you can enjoy the sun and the special courtyard atmosphere. The beach and the Boulevard with its famous Pier are on walking distance of house Chez Saar as is Scheveningens city centre. Plenty of shops and restaurants around and by public transport you can reach the many sided city centre of The Hague in just a few minutes.

Claar is Kees

Holiday house Claar is Kees is a former workers home near the city centre of Leyden. From here you can walk along the ancient waterways and canals into the heart of the city, but you're also just a few kilometers away from the North Sea and its beaches. The old university city of Leyden has a lot to offer. It carries its second name 'Museumcity' for a reason, and there are numerous beautiful sites and historical buildings to see. Of course there are many fine restaurants and bars along the canals and the city has a wide variety of shops. Holiday home Claar is Kees is over a century old and is situated in a small dead end street near the centre. On the ground floor is the living room with a cosy sitting area (you could use the sofa bed if you want) and the dining table for four. The half open kitchen is fit with all necessary appliances. From the kitchen you have access to the typical sheltered city garden, where you can really enjoy the sun. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, the other room has a bunk bed. The bathroom is fit with a shower. There is an internet connection available and a kids' playground is just a few hundred meters away as is a beautiful park. From house Claar is Kees you can easily walk into the centre of Leyden. Visit one of the many museums or the recently restored city citadel or one of the many other interesting places. A street with a bakery and some more shops is around the corner, and the bus stop and train station alre both on walking distance. The surroundings of the city are worth a visit as well. You will find all watersport facilities along the Kaag Lakes and the beaches of Noordwijk and Katwijk are nearby too. The Hague is at 20 minutes by car and cities like Haarlem, Amsterdam, Delft and Utrecht are easy to reach to. There is a trainstation at a few hundred meters from the house.

Coockaburra

Colorful family home Coockaburra is situated in the beautiful green Vogelwijk - a residential area on the edge of the dunes. This holiday home offers you all you need on walking distance from dunes, beach and sea. Enjoy all advantages of The Hague - the city by the sea, where both the beaches and the lively city centre are within your grasp. House Coockaburra however is outside all busy traffic and is the ideal place place for a relaxed family holiday. Upon entering the classical 'thirties' house you experience the effort the owners have put into furnishing and decorating the place. The comfortable living room adjoins the dining kitchen, where you will find a large dining table and all modern equipment you may need. Through the sliding door you have access to the sunny garden where you can always find a sheltered seat and where the children can enjoy themselves on the trampoline. On the first floor are two bedrooms, both with a double bed. One of these is a french bed - fit for two children or one adult. The luxuriously finished bathroom has a bath and a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms are on the second floor, where there's also a laundry section. Of course you can connct to Wifi internet throughout the house and the owners put four bicycles at your disposal to explore the surroundings. The dunes are litterally around the corner and the beach is on walking distance. You can easily reach family beach resort Kijkduin or lively Scheveningen by bike or public transportation, or visit the centre of The Hague, with its many shops, museums and restaurants. House Coockaburra offers you the best of all worlds!

Cosmea

This attractive and well looked after semi-detached house is located in Grootschermer in one of the Netherlands' oldest polders, located at just ten kilometres from the cosy cheese town of Alkmaar. The house would serve as an ideal base from which to enjoy the fantastic walking and cycling routes through the beautiful nature spots and picturesque villages, like the Rijp and Driehuizen. Hiring a canoe or rowing boat is the ideal way of exploring the wonderful and water-rich area. The spacious living room is modern and has been attractively furnished. The half open kitchen is small, but equipped with all modern conveniences. The bedrooms and bathroom can be found on the first floor.

Cosy Alkmaar

In one of the oldest parts of the characteristic centre of Alkmaar you will find a holiday home with a story... This special building originates from 1550 and stands as a symbol for victory. With the Waagplein square (where on every Friday from April - September there is a cheese market) just around the corner and plenty of nice shops, restaurants and pavement cafes within arm's length, this is a wonderful spot. Enter the large kitchen diner on the ground floor. A modern kitchen in an authentic space: indeed a special combination! Now the choice is yours: go to the first floor via the original wooden, somewhat wobbly, staircase or opt for the new modern staircase! On the first floor of Cosy Alkmaar there is a bedroom with a double bed and a television as well as a space with a wash basin, plus two separate toilets. There is also a shower on this floor. On the second floor you will find the welcoming living room with a seating area, a television, a dining table seating six and a washbasin. One of the sofas can be used as a sofa bed. Via a characteristic wooden staircase you can reach the romantic bedroom on the top floor. This space also comes with a washbasin. The holiday home is situated lively, you are surrounded by nice restaurants, enjoy the nightlife! 'Atmosphere, atmosphere and more atmosphere: wooden beams, cute small windows, cosy nooks and crannies and plenty of original elements. All of this is combined with modern design, such as glass partitions. If you like this and if you don't mind having to lower your head every now and then, to watch out whilst walking up stairs and you find tilting floors ' charming', then I am sure you will enjoy yourself here.
