Maarten's Strand
The beach, the sea and the promenade within walking distance and the lively shopping and entertainment center of Noordwijk within reach - if that's your idea of the perfect beach holiday, Maarten's Strand is your perfect holiday home! This comfortable house is very centrally located and fully equipped for six people. Holiday home Maarten's Strand is in the center of Noordwijk and has three floors. The living room and fully equipped kitchen are on the first floor, where both the front and the back have a balcony. Through the spiral staircase to reach the second floor where there are two bedrooms. Both feature a double bed and one of the rooms also has a balcony. In the bathroom on this floor you have a bath and toilet. On the second floor is a cozy sleeping loft with a double bed and a private bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. In the laundry room you will find a washer and dryer. Obviously you dispose of wireless internet in this house and also there is a private car park at the rear - very pleasant on sunny beach days. From your holiday home you can walk straight into the lively center where you will find a variety of shops, but also numerous restaurants and some good nightlife. These you will also find of course along the boulevards, both almost literally around the corner. And within a few minutes you can have your feet in the surf of the North Sea and you will find a nice spot on the beach. Noordwijk has much more to offer besides the beach, and also the environment is particularly attractive. There are extensive hiking and cycling opportunities (in the spring the blooming flower fields around Noordwijk are spectacular!) and a visit to Space Expo is very worthwhile. But you can also go supping, kite-surfing or test yourself on a scooter safari in the dunes! Interesting cities such as Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague are all quickly and easy to reach - by car or by public transport.
Marcellis
In this picturesque old fisherman cottage you will experience the real Scheveningen optimally. The lively Keizerstraat is around the corner and the beach and the promenade are only a few meters further. Holiday house Marcellis is stylishly furnished for two to three people and evokes the atmosphere of the old Scheveningen. A comfortable sofa near the old stove, eat at the rustic table and sleeping under the rafters - all within walking distance of the beach and sea, with a pleasant shopping area around the corner. Next to the bright living room there is the kitchen with all necessary equipment and appliances and the bathroom is clean and simple and has a shower. On the first floor is the attic. There is a nice alcove with a single bed and a large bedroom with double bed. From this room you have access to the playful balcony terrace where you can the sun throughout the day. The house is centrally located. Your groceries you can easily pick up on foot and if you want to eat out somewhere you do not have to look far. Of course you can walk to the beach in a few minutes and you can reach the center of The Hague very quickly and easily by bike or public transport. The famous Circus Theatre, a mega-cinema and the Holland Casino are really nearby and it is so easy to visit one of the many exhibitions in The Hague's wide variety of museums. Holiday house Marcellis offers a unique place in Scheveningen in all seasons - fot a weekend full of culture or a relaxing week on the beach!
Marker Haven
This is your chance! Holiday house Marker Haven is located at the touristcal peninsula Marken, next to the pleasant and lovely harbor and in very close vicinity of shops and nice restaurants. Marker Haven is suitable for a group of 4 persons and has a direct view of the Gouwzee! Pleaser carefully note! You can only ride to the car park of Marken if you do not have the required license available. From the car park it is only a 10 minutes walk to the holiday house . You can buy a day ticket of € 4.55 per car. A license is available at the town hall of Monnickendam for € 21, - per year. The public transport to and from Marken is very good and we can recommend this as well.
Mellon
Having breakfast at a long table in the sun, a few hundred meters away from the beach, sea and dunes - this is possible in holiday home Mellon! This cheerful house is equipped for up to six adults and two children and is superbly located in Noordwijk aan Zee. In a quiet residential street just behind the boulevard lies holiday home Mellon. The beach is within walking distance, as is the cozy shopping centre and the boulevard of Noordwijk with all its restaurants and terraces. On the ground floor is the living room and then the dining room where the little ones have their own play area. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the equipment you need and through the patio garden, where the large outdoor table is, you enter the summer house in the back of the garden. Here is a double bedroom with a kitchenette, a toilet and bathroom with shower. The summer house is also equipped with heating. The other four bedrooms are on the first floor. Two bedrooms have two single beds, the other two bedrooms have one single bed. All bedrooms have a sink and in the bathroom is a bath with shower. An ideal house to stay in with a family, but also for six adults, this is a very suitable place to spend a vacation or a weekend, especially when you know that all the facilities are almost literally around the corner. Of course can use the internet and the owner puts two bikes at your disposal to explore the diverse environment. In front of the house, unfortunately the parking is paid, but the keyholder will gladly point you where to put your car for free within ten minutes walking distance.
Mirabelle
Mirabelle is a peaceful and artistic holiday home on the edge of Bergen, near the woodland and dune area. It will only take you a few minutes' walk to get to the lively centre. Mirabelle is also an ideal base for your cycling and walking trips. The living room in Mirabelle is spaciously furnished with two nice seating areas which are great to relax in while reading a book. The large dining table offers plenty of space for extensive wining and dining or maybe to play some board games on. The robust kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. From here you have a view out to the spacious and sunny garden. On the first floor of Mirabelle you will find two double bedrooms. In addition you will also find a bathroom with a shower and two wash basins on this floor. There are many things for you to enjoy in the area around the Mirabelle holiday home. For example you can spend wonderful days out in the beautiful natural surroundings or on the Bergen beach.
Modern Garden
Modern Garden is a cosy holiday home for those who would like to enjoy the peace, quiet and the space of the welcoming seaside village of Bergen. In less than fifteen minutes driving from Modern Garden you can reach Bergen aan Zee beach. The lively centre of Bergen, with various nice shops and restaurants, can be reached in only five minutes. The holiday home is situated on the edge of the village. Modern Garden is furnished in a modern way and at the same time it has a warm, homely atmosphere which will immediately make you feel at home. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary mod cons. You will have one bedroom with a double bed and an adjacent bathroom with a shower at your disposal. The garden of the holiday home has plenty of garden furniture and thanks to the outdoor fireplace you can also enjoy being outside in the evenings. A lovely evening of barbecuing is also one of the options. Apart from the picturesque Bergen, from Modern Garden you can also get to know the rest of the surroundings. For example you can pay a visit to the other nearby beaches, amongst which are Egmond aan Zee, Petten and Callantsoog. The welcoming cheese-making town of Alkmaar is also a real must. The true coast lover will enjoy a wonderful time in Modern Garden!
Noorderhaven
Beautiful historical Harlingen knows over 500 superb monumental buildings. The splendid restored Zoutsloot lies directly behind the Noorderhaven. This old port-city has much to offer for the young as well as the old. A 5 minutes walk brings you to the sea. You will find a freely accessible beach just one and a half kilometre from the house. A new playground for the children is again within walking distance. The 'Voorstraat' is the main street of Harlingen. The centre of Harlingen is teeming with terraces, cafes and restaurants - and, most importantly for the shopping enthusiast, small shops boutiques. When you want to do some shopping, just cross one of the three old bridges. This beautifully restored house at the harbour has a sociable, sunny living room and is styled with care. The open, luxurious kitchen and dining table are situated a couple of steps higher. From here you have a beautiful view on the outside terrace and the coming and going ferryboats. The old, characteristic house has several levels and is therefore suitable for people who don't mind the steps. On the upper floor you'll find the cosy bedrooms. Two double rooms, and one single bedroom. The bathroom is largely and luxuriously. A separate shower is available. The roof terrace offers you a nice view at all the activity in and around the harbours of Harlingen.
On the Beach II
On The Beach is a cosy and welcoming holiday home less than 400 metres from the beach. You can hear the swishing of the sea and the breaking of the waves from your garden. This holiday home really has the perfect location for beach lovers. In the On The Beach holiday home you will immediately get that beach feeling. The holiday home is compact but has everything you need: a sturdy kitchen and a comfortable seating area, a nice double bed and a great rain shower. In addition, you have a sheltered terrace, with plenty of garden furniture at your disposal, which is great to enjoy your meals outside (when the weather allows it). Also, the surroundings offer plenty of options. You can engage in various activities on the beach, such as kite surfing and paragliding, or simply take a day to lounge about on the beach. The old fisherman's village of Egmond aan Zee has a lively centre, with various shops and welcoming restaurants. Around Egmond, you will find the Noord-Holland Dune area where you can take various walking and cycling trips, which are certainly worth your while.
Oosterduin
The Oosterduin holiday home is a welcoming town house on the edge of the beautiful artist village of Bergen. Only a ten-minute walk away you will find the welcoming shops and terraces which make the centre of Bergen so special. The Bergerbos woodland is also within arm's reach; a beautiful area for wonderful walks. You can rent bicycles around the corner and you can cycle via the dunes to the Bergen aan Zee beach. Via the hall, you gain access to the light living room with a luxurious, open-plan kitchen. The large dining table is very suitable for extensive wining and dining. Via the utility room you can get to the garden of the holiday home, where you can enjoy the sunshine. On the first floor is the double bedroom. In addition, the tidy bathroom, with a shower and washbasin, is also on this floor. The Oosterduin holiday home is a pleasant home where you can enjoy your well-deserved holiday.
Oude Berger
This cosy holiday home forms part of a traditional country house. The centre is only a 10-minute walk. There are two other holiday homes here and the front garden is shared with the tenants in the house next door. A hedge creates a natural border, which means you have your own space. There is a small terrace at the side of your house. You enter via a small hallway and if you go right you see the cosy living room with a sitting area and a dining table. If you turn left you see the kitchen. The small but tidy bathroom is also on the ground floor. The first floor is reached via a steep staircase (with a banister rail). Here is a double bedroom and a children's bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed. As the house is quite small we think it is suitable for a maximum of two adults and three children.
Oude Berger Cottage
Oude Berger Cottage is a cosy cottage in Bergen. The house can accommodate 5 people. In combination with Oude Berger Cottage 2 you stay with 7 people. The location is fine. You can walk to the center of the village Bergen in ten minutes. In the Oude Berger Cottage there are two holiday rentals. The front garden is shared with the tenants of the terraced house. There is a natural separation formed by bushes, providing a place of your own. At the back of your house there is a nice garden with lawn and patio. On the ground floor is the cozy living room with an open kitchen equipped with all you need to cook a nice meal. The first bedroom and the first bathroom with shower are on the ground floor. Old Berger Cottage has on the floor a further 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a nice bath. The adjacent house (Old Berger cottage 2), suitable for 2 persons, is ideal for families traveling together. The grandparents can have their own home.
Paarlemoer
Paarlemoer is a welcoming family home in a new residential area, on the edge of the so called Mosseldorp (mussel village) of Yerseke in the province of Zeeland. Only a couple of hundred metres away you will find the small Damse beach by the Oosterschelde and you can take day trips to towns such as Goes, Middelburg and Bergen op Zoom. The holiday home is suitable for five people. Paarlemoer holiday home comes with a spacious, light living room with a welcoming seating area and a gas fireplace. Holiday house Parel Aan Zee is a characteristic fisherman's house on a small street, right in the old heart of Scheveningen. This compact house is stylish, complete and tastefully furnished for up to three persons. The sea and the beach are on walking distance, as are the lively seafront and shopping centre. But in this picturesque part of Scheveningen you will enjoy most of all the peace and quiet. Holiday home Parel Aan Zee is completely refurnished and renovated and you will discover the beautiful classic atmosphere as soon as you enter the house. Here is a comfortable sitting area with a flatscreen tv (smart tv with internet and movie channel) and a dining table for four and the open kitchen is custom made and fit with all modern appliances. On the loft on the first floor is a double bed with a tv and there is a study corner at the window. In the adjoining small is a shower and a sink. In a quiet area lies this tastefully decorated, semi detached holidayhouse, directly behind the dunes, ninehundred meters away from the beach. It is suitable for five persons and a baby. You can reach the boulevard or the centre of Vlissingen in fifteen minutes by bike. The nice historic city of Middelburg is round abt. eight and Domburg fifteen kilometres away. The house has an enclosed sunny garden with a nice terrace and a swing. You enter the cosy living room through the patio doors and you will find a comfortable sitting area with fire-place, and a dining area. The separate kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances.
