Holiday house "Genieten aan Zee" ("Enjoyment at the Sea") is a stylish duplex near the Kurhaus and the pier of Scheveningen. The house is situated in a lively street and the beach is at 5 minutes walking distance. You can reach the cozy center of The Hague within 10 minutes by car or you can take a tram. The house can accommodate 4 people, consisting of 2 adults and 2 children. You are able to park your car in the street by using the parking ticket from the owner. The living room has a lovely sitting area that you can close with the beautiful characteristic doors. There is a simple open kitchen which is fully equipped and a dining table that seats 6 people. On the first floor are three bedrooms; a master bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with a single bed. The third bedroom has a cool loft bed. The modern bathroom offers a shower and a bath and is located on the first floor as well. Through the open doors you can reach the terrace, where your children can play and have fun on the climbing frame or the rink. Of course the beach offers even more fun for your children to play, whilst you can enjoy a drink in the sun at one of the trendy terraces. The beach and the promenade with the famous Pier are within walking distance of the house, just as the center of Scheveningen where you can shop. De mooie openslaande deuren in de woonkamer leiden naar de tuin met terras met tuinmeubilair. De ligging van de villa's is dusdanig dat u over voldoende privacy beschikt.

Deze comfortabele, vrijstaande vakantievilla met eigen vlonder ligt op een ruim opgezet villapark. In de Luxe Plus Villa, aan de rand van de Stompaardse Plassen, geniet u van rust, ruimte en comfort. Op steenworp afstand vindt u het Haringvliet, de Noordzeekust, het historische Brielle en Hellevoetsluis. Ook de badplaatsen Rockanje, Oostvoorne en Ouddorp zijn vlakbij. Luxe Plus Villa beschikt over een comfortabele woonkamer met zithoek en een compleet toegeruste, half open keuken met eethoek. Via de openslaande deuren bereikt u de grote veranda waar u heerlijk kunt genieten van een goed boek of een glas wijn. Op de begane grond van de vakantievilla bevinden zich een slaapkamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden en een badkamer met wastafel, douche en toilet. De overige twee slaapkamers vindt u op de eerste etage.
