Holiday house Het Houten Huis is situated in a beautiful spot near the beach of Ouddorp. This detached house is an architectural masterpiece and has been in the possession of the same family for many years. Due to the symmetry, the use of wood and bright colours it seems like a fairytale house. The holiday home has a large communal space with a welcoming seating area and is suitable for a maximum of 20 people. Het Houten Huis lies in a sheltered spot between the trees. You will find the entrance on the right-hand side. The hall will lead you to the welcoming living space with open-plan kitchen. This is the heart of the home. Here you can prepare meals, talk and play games with the entire party. For children there is a play corner and during the cooler evenings you can snuggle up together around the woodstove. There are four dining tables which can be put together as you wish. At the rear of Het Houten Huis there is a spacious utility room where older children can have a great time with a table-tennis table. Het Houten Huis is on the first floor and is divided into four apartments; north, south, east and west. All the apartments have two bedrooms and their own bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The south and west apartment each have a double bed and a bunk bed. The north and east apartment each have a double bed and two bunk beds. In addition there is an extra single bed in the east apartment. The holiday home is surrounded by a large garden where children can play to their hearts content. On the south-facing terrace you will find comfortable garden chairs and the terrace on the west side has evening sun. It is a ten minute cycle ride to the centre of Ouddorp and only five minutes to the beach! Het Houten Huis is a family house. To guarantee the quality we have decided to decline groups of younger people.

Luxe Plus Villa
Deze comfortabele, vrijstaande vakantievilla met eigen vlonder ligt op een ruim opgezet villapark. In de Luxe Plus Villa, aan de rand van de Stompaardse Plassen, geniet u van rust, ruimte en comfort. Op steenworp afstand vindt u het Haringvliet, de Noordzeekust, het historische Brielle en Hellevoetsluis. Ook de badplaatsen Rockanje, Oostvoorne en Ouddorp zijn vlakbij. Luxe Plus Villa beschikt over een comfortabele woonkamer met zithoek en een compleet toegeruste, half open keuken met eethoek. Via de openslaande deuren bereikt u de grote veranda waar u heerlijk kunt genieten van een goed boek of een glas wijn. Op de begane grond van de vakantievilla bevinden zich een slaapkamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden en een badkamer met wastafel, douche en toilet. De overige twee slaapkamers vindt u op de eerste etage. Hier bevindt zicht ook de traditionele sauna en de tweede badkamer met wastafel, douche en apart toilet. De inrichting/indeling van de villa's kan onderling verschillen.

Deze vrijstaande villa's staan verspreid over het hele park. Alle villa's zijn zeer verzorgd en comfortabel ingericht met onder andere een ruime woonkamer met eethoek, een complete keuken met afwasmachine, drie slaapkamers, 2-pers. sauna, solarium, en badkamer. De mooie openslaande deuren in de woonkamer leiden naar de tuin met terras met tuinmeubilair. De ligging van de villa's is dusdanig dat u over voldoende privacy beschikt.

Detached, single-storey dune villa for six persons. Living room with sitting area and a Smart-TV. Kitchen including a dishwasher, coffee pod machine, kettle, microwave and refrigerator with freezer compartment. Two bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds. One bedroom with a TV. One bedroom with a bunk bed. Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. Separate toilet in the hallway. Garden and terrace with garden furniture. Free WiFi and parking for two cars. Option to book in advance: Combination microwave, washing machine, washer/dryer or child+ package. This does involve a preference surcharge. You can indicate your preferences in Step 1 of your booking. The child+ package includes: garden fence, children's camping cot, high chair, baby bath and playpen.
