The bright living room has a sitting area and a dining table for four. Through the sliding door you can reach the cozy balcony where you can sit in the sun until late in the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped and the compact bathroom with shower is neat. There is a playing room with TV for the children where there is also an extra washing basin and possibly space for a cot. On the top floor (the attic) you first enter the master bedroom. Here you have the large window with a surprising view on the boulevard, even from the double bed! Through the small entrance door you can reach the adjoining children's bedroom. Here are two single beds. Enjoy this authentic and original accommodation at an ideal spot! And don't worry about parking your car - it can be parked easily in the private garage behind the building. Both beach and sea are at your doorstep and there are many cosy terraces along the beach as well as on the recently fully redesigned boulevard. The many-sided center of Katwijk is around the corner and all the interesting places in the surrounding area are quickly and easily to reach.

Here you have the beach and sea nearby, but also cities like Delft, Rotterdam, Gouda and The Hague are easy to reach. Apartment Petit Paradis is on the 2nd and top floor of a small apartment building in the heart of the village of De Lier in the Westland region. You enter the complex through the bright and cozy atrium and by stairs or lift your reach the entrance to your apartment on the second floor. In the atmospheric and stylish penthouse is a very spacious living room with a sitting area around the (electric) fireplace and a large dining table for eight. The modern kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment . Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and furnished in style and with an eye for detail. The bathroom has a bath with shower. House Meeuwennest 2 is a detached modern holiday home in a small scale bungalow park right behind the dunes. Stylishly furnished for up to five persons and situated ideally with respect to beaches, dunes and the sea. In this cottage you will find all modern comfort you can think of. On the ground floor is a bright living room with a comfortable sitting area and a large sliding door to the sunny garden. The dining room has a welcoming dining table for six and in the open kitchen all modern appliances are available. The three bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, one other bedroom has two single beds and the last room has one single bed. The bathroom has a washing basin and a shower. All rooms in the ground floor have floor heating. The garden is around the house, so you can always choose a sunny spot or sit in a more shady place. You can park your car next to the house and there's a second parking spot in the parking space near the house. House Meeuwennest is just north of Noordwijk. You can reach the beach on foot along a hiking path through the dunes and many interesting trips can be made in the surrounding region.
