This detached holiday home is situated in the middle of woodland and in the grounds of the owner's house. De Groene Specht has its own entrance and plenty of privacy. From the holiday home you can take beautiful walking or cycling trips along the coast of the province of Noord-Holland. The towns of Alkmaar and Schagen are also within easy reach. The holiday home is suitable for 4 people. The de Groene Specht holiday home has a spacious living room with French doors and a lovely seating area. From here you have a view to the south-facing garden with terrace. The basic, open-plan kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. Via the somewhat steep staircase you reach the first floor with two bedrooms, each with two luxurious box-spring beds and beautiful large built-in wardrobes. The luxurious bathroom with rain shower is on the ground floor. As there is a small stream at the rear of the holiday home we feel that de Groene Specht is not suitable for children younger than 5 years old.
